Placing an order with TREGONFLY is simple and seamless:

  2. Select Your Size and Colour – Choose your preferred options and click “Add to Cart."
  3. Proceed to Checkout – Review your cart and click “Checkout” when ready.
  4. Enter Your Details – Provide your shipping, contact, and payment information.
  5. Confirm Your Order – Review the summary and click “Place Order.”

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order and tracking details.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, a follow-up email will include tracking details.

You can also log in to your account to view your order history.

You may cancel or modify your order; including size changes or billingshipping updates, before it’s prepared for dispatch.

Please note: Orders already prepared for dispatch cannot be changed or cancelled.

- Returns are accepted for non-sale items within 7 working days of receiving your order.
- Items should be new, unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.
- If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we’ll have to send it back to you.

Return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, with a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping or handling charges deducted.

Materials, sizing, care tips — all the good stuff in one place

Our bodysuits are crafted from a premium blend of 81% Nylon and 19% Lycra, using a double-faced interlock fabric for a smooth, supportive feel.

Most of our styles fit true to size unless we mention otherwise. We recommend checking the size chart and reading the fit notes on each product page. If you're between sizes, think about how you like your clothes to fit — go up a size for a more relaxed feel, or down for a snugger fit. And if you're unsure, our support team is always happy to help!

Yes, our sizing follows Asian standards. To make things easier, we include measurements in both centimeters and inches on each product page so you can find your best fit no matter where you're shopping from.

We do our best to show colors as accurately as possible, but slight differences may happen due to lighting or screen settings. Don’t worry — any variation is usually minimal.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend: - Hand wash cold separately - No bleach - Line dry - Do not iron - No tumble drying - Avoid dry cleaning.

Our bodysuits don’t come with removable pads. This is mainly to keep the fit smooth and fuss-free, as pads can shift around and affect the overall look and feel. If you prefer extra support, you can easily layer with your favorite undergarments.

Most of our fabrics are pre-treated to reduce shrinkage, but following the recommended care instructions will help maintain the shape and fit over time.

Some of our popular styles do get restocked! Just hit the “Notify Me” button on the product page to get an alert when your size is available again. Limited-edition or seasonal pieces may not return once they’re gone.
